How to enable wordpress debug.log logging and disable PHP warnings and notices

Add following lines to your wp-config.php file

define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
@ini_set('display_errors', 0);
error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_WARNING & ~E_NOTICE);
